Beginning January 1, 2010, the Park County Assessor's Office business hours will be 7:00am to 6:00pm, Monday through Thursday. We will be closed on Fridays. We now have new searching functionality on our web site! You can choose the Assessor subset query for property data or the Assessor Sales search option for sales data. To display detail information for a property with a known Schedule Number, enter the number, and click Property Detail.
To search for a property by Owner Name, enter as much of the name as you wish, and click Search.
The names of people are entered last name first with no punctuation. For
example: SIMPSON HOMER J & MARGE B
Business names are entered in the normal way.
To search for a parcel by Physical Address, enter as much of the Street Name as you wish, and click Search. To restrict the search to an address range on the selected street, enter a number to be used as a minimum Street Address as well as the Street Name. To restrict the search to a specific city, enter the City along with the Street Name (and Street Address, if appropriate).
To search for a property by Legal Description, enter any part of the description you wish, and click Search. The portion of the description which you enter can appear anywhere in the description -- not only in the beginning.
To search for a property by Business Name, enter as much of the name as you wish, and click Search.
The selected records are displayed on the search results screen. The maximum number of records to display limits the number of records on the results screen. You can enter an appropriate number in this field.
